I dont know why the chose the name ‘Cunning Bison’ but this is a very useful site operated by the French Governement that shows in real time what is happening on the roads throughout France. There is also lots of useful information about upcoming events on the roads.
Have a look at Bison Fute which at the moment is only available in French, but this autumn, in time for the ski season, there will be an English version available.
