I have been using delicious.com for managing my favourites (or favorites or bookmarks) for a while now and believe that it deserves a recommendation. I use a few different computers and it makes if very easy to access my favourites on any of them.

If you use more than one computer, or want to be able to access your bookmarks when not at home, for example in an internet cafe, then it is just the thing.

Additionally it is a social bookmarking tool so you can easily share bookmarks with others and see what other people are bookmarking in the same categories that you are interested in.
