I have rebuilt the alpesinfo.com website using the Drupal content managment system.

Two years ago I stopped writing my own content management systems and started trying out a few of the open source systems that were starting to come of age. I narrowed the choice down to three - Wordpress, Joomla and Drupal - and initially thought that Wordpress was going to be the best choice. However after some time running several sites using the different systems I have finally settled on Drupal. The alpesinfo.com website had been built during a Wordpress testing period and has been running on that platform for a while and has been somewhat neglected by me as my attention has been turing in a different direction. So I have finally blocked some time off to work on my site and got it transferred over to Drupal.
