Hourly Rate
Alpes Info works on a standard tariff of €45 HT per hour.
On Site
On site visits have a minimum charge period of one hour. After the first hour the charge will increase in 15 minute segments until completion of the work.
For journeys of less than 30km travel is included. Longer journeys will be charged at €5 for every 10km extra. In the case of disputed journey distance viamichelin.com will be used for reference.
Remote assistance
Support over the phone or via remote assistance over the internet has a minimum charge period of 30 minutes. After the initial 30 minutes the charge will increase in 15 minute segments until completion of the work.
